Where is the answer?

As I sat with a patient today I heard her say, "I will try to find a way"...  In that moment I was reminded how many of us are searching, seeking, looking to find the answer to whatever challenges are facing us on any given day.  An interesting thing occurs when you try to find something... the harder you look the more it will try to evade you.

I am not suggesting to just sit back and do nothing when a challenge arises.  But what if you didn't have to try to find the way?  What if the answers could come to you vs. you searching for them?

Not a bad idea right, this could free up alot of mental time and energy.  Here is how to make a little shift that will support a lot of ease... When searching for the answers that you seek, take a breath, move out of your head and into your heart as you ALLOW the answer to find you.  Acknowledge the challenge, put out your request for the answer, invite it to you and trust that it is on the way.

Why do this?  Why change your process?  Couldn't you use a bit of ease???

Consider for just a moment... If you allowed yourself to trust and receive vs. to try and force, how much time and energy do you think you could save from the search and potential frustration? What would you be doing with this extra time?  If you weren't stressed or strained, how would you BE? Where would you be, who would you be with?

These are the places within yourself, your relationships and life that are true to you.  Today I give you full permission to take a fresh approach and recharge your personal physical, mental and emotional energy stores.  No more "trying", no more "searching"... today is about " ALLOWING" and receiving.

The answers are right in front of us and in fact, they have been there all along. We have each been so busy searching  that we didn't allow ourselves to see.  So just for today, let's get out of our own way and as we allow...there they WILL be.
